Ronald C. Pellman

Ron left his position as Principal Engineer of the Advanced Vehicle Concepts group at Ford Motor Company to start a consulting career as a new product development specialist. After more than three decades of consulting experience, his career has expanded to encompass the full scope of innovation management. Ron has directed over 300 new business development, business strategy, and venture development projects for leading companies in the US and Europe. He has also presented numerous speeches and seminars on such topics. He has served as the president of four consulting companies: two of which he founded. He holds a broad range of patents from a unique transmission shift system to a new type of frozen food cutter. A leading authority on intrapreneuring, Ron is co-author with Gifford Pinchot of the book Intrapreneuring in action: A Handbook for Business Innovation. About 30% of Ron's work has been with companies in the automotive industry, including almost 30 years of consulting to his former employer, Ford. He has also worked in industries as diverse as banking, electronics, and healthcare, and he can help virtually any organization struggling with change and the need to innovate more efficiently and effectively.

William Cesario

Bill has 25 years of experience in new product/new business development, having conducted business growth programs involving new product development initiatives, acquisition, strategy development and technology application expansion--as well as research assignments to enhance a client's understanding specific market dynamics. Clients have been mainly technology-based Fortune 1000 companies in the US, Europe and Japan, with growth objectives, for annual revenues, ranging from $20MM to $200+MM. The vast majority of assignments have involved leveraging a client's current and emerging technological capabilities, combined with marketing and business assets, in addressing their growth initiatives. Technology areas have included an array of chemicals and materials technologies, food-based technologies, biotechnology, web-based technologies (textiles, nonwovens, paper), telecommunications, and others. Most assignments involve the strategizing, staffing, facilitating and debriefing of Expert Sessions, lasting one or two days, in which 6 - 8 noted experts in various technical, marketing or business disciplines are assembled to creatively address a client's growth objectives. Recent client assignments have included work with a novel cellular phone technology, an antimicrobial technology, and a polymer system compatiblizing agent.

Wynford Jones

Wyn has almost 30 years of global expertise in economic and business research and analysis, strategy development, as well experience in senior line sales and marketing management. Born in the UK, he has lived in the US for over 20 years and has worked extensively on both sides of the Atlantic as well as throughout the Pacific Rim. He has worked in a wide spectrum of industries, from steel and raw materials though to tourism, transport infrastructure and retail development. Over the last ten years, he has worked on many projects involving innovation and growth initiatives, as well as international acquisition and partner searches. He has worked with NBS&D in Europe and the US since 1991 and before that was Vice President of Marketing for a Massachusetts based high tech company. He has worked for various US multinationals in international marketing positions, and was senior manager at a IMR Ltd. in London - managing large international research projects. He has served on the Board of Directors of companies in Denmark as well as the US, and is currently on the Board of Videocom Inc., a New England provider of satellite transmission services.

Yoshikatsu Kinukawa

Yoshikatsu Kinukawa (Kinu) has rich experiences in cross-border business development for clients poised for fast international growth, in diversified manufacturing industries including energy, chemical, biotech, food ingredients, materials, and electronics. Scope of expertise varies from business climate analysis to corporate strategies, business-to-business partnering, and implementation. Since 1997 with the New Business Search and Development, Kinu has participated in many consulting projects of global nature with focus on assessing technologies and identifying business opportunities in Asia-Pacific. Before that, he served for more many years for an oil-refining arm of ExxonMobil in Japan. Throughout this career, he learned the universal rationalism of globally successful businesses and at the same time the persistent strength of Japanese organizations. Kinu works in Tokyo, Japan with teaming on a collaborative network of seasoned local consultants, flexibly arranged ad hoc to meet individual client's requirements. Ongoing project themes encompass biotechnology, information technology (IT), and their combination. Regional markets focused, in addition to Japan, are China, India, the South East Asia, and the Far East.
