Acceleration room

The Acceleration Room makes group communication inspiring and efficient by a combination of tools, methods and people. In the Acceleration Room each of the meeting participants is provided with a laptop that is connected to a network. The software used is specifically designed for the support of meeting activities. During the meeting, group members communicate both electronically and verbally, depending on the purposes of specific phases in the meeting.

Acceleration Room sessions are organised, prepared and coached by two consultants responsible for the meeting process and for the computer system. The agenda, the choice for either electronic, verbal or mixed communication are made together with the client and in accordance with meeting objectives. The meeting report can be printed right after the meeting and contains literally every detail of what has been discussed through the computer system. No information is lost.

Location

At The Bridge in Amersfoort there is a fully equipped Acceleration Room. But it is also possible to set up a mobile Acceleration Room at a location of choice.
