In this article states Geertje van Hooijdonk, advisor at The Bridge business innovators, that the Cradle-to-Cradle principle has become more popular since the documentary ‘Rubbish is Food’ in the VPRO television programme Tegenlicht. To operate really sustainable and to recycle (raw)materials completely, existing chains should be reorganised in many cases. New cycles and new business models are necessary to realize this.
