Frans Pigeaud combines over twenty years of consulting experience with marketing responsibilities in BtB businesses, including salesmanagement and business development. Frans is specialized in the development of new business models and operating models for new business opportunities. Combining creativity and business sense / financial modelling.
Areas of specific expertise and experience are:
- customer value management: using the (desired) customer experience as the starting point for new business opportunities
- scenario development and back casting aimed at the identifica-tion of new business opportunities,
- developing new business portfolios and the decision making process to decide within these portfolios of initiatives
Frans joined The Bridge business innovators in 2003. Before he was a director at PwC consulting, responsible for part of the Dutch marketing consulting practice. In this company Frans has worked for clients in BtB and BtC industries and services, often in multinational projects.
Frans also worked for ING Lease (marketing and sales manager) and Groupe Schneider / Telemecanique S.A. (marketing manager).
